Espresso Instructions

  • Directions
    • Grind 18g of fine ground coffee into your portafilter
    • Tamp the grounds with a firm even press
    • Place portafilter into the group head, cup and scale below it.
    • Zero scale
    • Start espresso pour and timer at the same time
    • Pull a 36oz shot
    • Shot should finish between 22-27 seconds depending on taste preference for that coffee
    • Stir and enjoy
